We’ve been a bit wary of putting up set snaps of The Amazing Spider-Man 2, as it didn’t go well last time we did it. But we think these new images are of extreme interest, and worth running. Plus, this is someone at work, rather than shots of someone walking to the set. So here we are.
The film is currently shooting in Times Square in New York, and as such, those watching the filming have been treated to the first sight of Jamie Foxx as the film’s villain, Electro. And there’s a high quality picture or two that have appeared, so we can get a good look. If he was looking for an impactful look, we suspect that’s mission completed.

The Amazing Spider-Man 2 is set for release in summer 2014. We’ll have more on it in due course…
